What Causes Pain During Urination?

Hi, I'm 16 and I've been having extreme pains when I urinate, a discharge of a white colored substance, itchiness, and random less common pains in my testicles that knock the wind out of me. I've never had sex before and I was tested for a uti and it came back negative, any ideas? Maybe the vyvaynce ADHD pills?

welcome to the forum.
Pills are likely to be the cause.
Bladder stones, if not looked for, need to be ruled out by a scan of the bladder.
If negative, a course of antibiotics may benefit you even if the urine is negative for infection.
sincerely,
