What Causes Pain From Knees To Top Of Feet?

Hi there, so I am a 15 year old girl and every where from my knees down to the tops of my feet are aching really badly. I feel as though the pain slowly pulses from harsh to mild over and over again. Sometime the pain is so unbearable that I start to cry! Please help!

Hello,

As most of the cases reported in this age are due to changes in the physiology. Lack of vitamin D, calcium, hormonal changes, menstrual cycle, etc.

I will advise getting your hemoglobin checked once. As low levels of iron can also lead to aches.

Post which you can consult a local PCP who can help you with Medications for Calcium, vitamin D3, iron, etc.

Do simple exercises at home and exposure to sunlight is a must. Drink milk as a daily diet and some dry fruits like dates to improve the hemoglobin levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
