What Causes Pain From The Breasts To The Lower Abdomen?

Hi. I have been experiencing pain in my abdomen that runs from between my breast all the way down to my lower stomach....it feels like I want to vomit...it goes away when I lay on my side. It only happens in the morning. Once I am up and moving it stops. I have been having horrible allergies recently also and have been taking Tylenol severe allergy....wondering if they are connected. So miserable!

Tylenol contains acetaminophen which can cause stomach irritation, inflammation or ulceration on prolonged or heavy unsupervised use. Symptoms of stomach inflammation or gastritis may be upper and lower abdominal pain. Also since this pain goes away by lying on your side, a possible origin may also be your pancreas.
I would suggest to stop taking tylenol and consult a physician at the earliest.
