Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i am a 47 yr old female i had a moderate pain this morning in my right hip radiating to my back it went away after 10 minutes. this evening at 7:20 i got the same pain but severe for about 10 minutes and it has not stopped. it ranges from severe to moderate. it is sharp and a severe cramp feeling
Most probably it will be due to spine related problems like prolapsed disc or nerve compression. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedics and plan for an MRI scan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
