What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Near Sutures After A C Section?
I had my c section in January 1 st week after my csection I was kept in hospital for 4 days and then I returned home .after returning I atarted my routine house work but in limit. this was my second delivery .now aprox after 4 weeks I m having stomach ache .pain near stitches , itching, and a feeling as if somthing is getting teared inside. my beeling was almost gone I only had white discharge but after this pain I am having droplets of blood thats very little .now I cant sit for long when it starts to pain I just lay down and rest and get back to work.I any thing wrong inside my stomach or any serious issue .

It is a cause of concerns as it may be due to incomplete healing of C Section scar or tearing of it.
If i were your treating doctor I would have advised you more rest immediately after C Section, as 4 days are not enough. You should have been on absolute rest for 15 days.
Now I would like to advise you to visit a doctor immediately. You need to under go ultrasound scan to examine the uterus and scar in detail. Ultrasound will help in identifying source of bleeding.
Other possibility is infection but it presents with fever which is not there in your case.
