What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Neck Along With Stiffness?
My symptoms are stomach pains and neck pain. I have pains in my stomach as though I have gas. But to strain my stomach is very painful. I also have started to have neck pain. The muscles that allow me to lift my head off a pillow are very stiff and sore.

Hi,
If such patient would come to my office, first I would have advised him to undergo Abdominal Sonography and one neck X-ray to rule out underlying cause. It can help us to find the right help. Till my patient could get reports I would prescribe him Antacid like Pantoprazole, one pain relief gel for neck with low fat and low spicy diet. I would suggest you to avoid lifting weight for couple of week.
