What Causes Pain In Abdomen With Diarrhoea?

Had gallstone and gall bladder out around 4-5 years ago over the last 4 months I've been experiencing upper right below the rib cage like a aching pain and feels like its burning on occasions yellow diarrhoea with mucus lots of gas and mild pain in the back. I wonder if you could help

There are several possible conditions which can be considered and you need to perform further tests to rule these out. it can be caused by gallbladder stones but it would be smart to do stool analysis and check for blood in stool and parasites. if this is negative then you need to do colonoscopy to rule out inflammatory bowel diseases.
