Hi,Dear,Welcome to HCM. Based on the facts of your query,You seem to suffer from-IBS with Spastic Colon.Thin built of yours could be making the spastic contractions of the colon and intestines ,visible all over abdomen. Possibility of TB /Crohon's disease with adhesive partial obstruction needs to be ruled out by USG/CT abdomen and Standing X-ray Abdomen. Second Opinion from Surgeon would differrentiate it by clinical and physical diagonosis. Hope that this reply would help you to plan treatment with your doctor soon. Good Day!!
