What Causes Pain In Ankles Post Fusion Surgery For Poliomyelitis?
I have suffered with polio in my left leg for 50 years. The ankle has now fused but I get pain in it when I walk for more than 15 mins. It particularly hurts if I twist the ankle when gardening of standing for any length of time. What would you recommend?

I really appreciate your concern such condition is very likely in case of polis affected limb if proper care not being taken, now you have to use some braces (Shoes) but better to have opinion from orthopedic opinion because it may need clinical examination and investigation too, take care.
