Hello, You are suffering from pain in the arm after having birth control implant. You should allow only well trained professionals to administer or implant the devices in your arm. Do not put pressure on it by resting the arm or moving the arm around immediately after the contraceptive device has been implanted. Complications related to implantable contraceptives may lead to significant morbidity or permanent nerve damage. Ulnar nerve neuropathy is a complication of wrongly placed implants, it can cause permanent damage. If implant makes you feel uncomfortable, it is causing you pain or feels that it is broken, get it clinically examined by a general physician or trained health care provider, you may need to get it removed.
