Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case.Pain in left arm can be due to various reason but cardiac problem is most serious out of them and always first cause to be suspected. So I would suggest you to go to ER and get ECG. if there is any abnormality than it can be treated there.
If ECG is normal than stress 2 D echo can also be done. I hope this answer will be useful.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
