What Causes Pain In Arms, Legs And Center Of Chest?

i have been having pain in both of my arms and somewhat in legs, i have had pain in the center of my chest come and go, came back a few months ago. Feel weak and tired, concerned it could be something serious. my doctor has not been able to figure out anything.
