What Causes Pain In Back Of Head When I Laugh?

So lately everytime I have a good laugh I have a strong pain in the back of my head, feels like the back of my head is under a lot of pressure. I never experienced this before but has happened a lot recently. I'm worried that it's something serious. Any help?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
THANKYOU for your quiry.
As this type of headache can also occur during migraine or sinusitis.Depends what intensity of pain is.other cause can be spondolytis , as this site of head can be effected and pain can radiate from spine.
If the pain gets worse in the morning with visual problem then it can be major problem in head.
You may take pain killer like ibugesic as per need but if pain gets worse then get MRI Spine and brain done and discuss with neurologist.
Regards,Dr.Maheshwari
