Hi
The majority of episodes of acute back pain are due to a muscular strain and these will usually resolve with time because muscles have a good blood supply to bring the necessary nutrients and proteins for healing to take place

If your lymph nodes are swollen during the pain it may be that there are some underlying infections. Better consult a ENT surgeon to rule out the ear, nose or throat infections

While neck pain is less prevalent than lower back pain, there are several cervical spine conditions that may cause neck pain, arm pain and other symptoms

In acute pains applying ice or cold packs will help reduce inflammation in the area, which in turn allows it to heal. The ice or cold pack should be applied in twenty-minute intervals during the initial 24 hours

Wish You Good Health
