Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have pain in both upper arms between my elbow and shoulder area. I am not sure what to do to help it. I take napoxen but no relief. It hurts more at night and when I wake up. I almost feels like i slept on my arm wrong. what could be causing this issue? Thanks, June
Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern. Pain in both arms not improving with naproxen implies something wrong with cervical vertebrae or intervertebral discs and that needs evaluation with MRI cervical spine and nerve conduction study of upper limbs. Also do routine labs like blood sugar, uric acid level. Take lyrica 75 mg two times a day. Do regular excersize. Hope it helps best. Don't forget to rate this answer and close the discussion at Healthcare Magic. Take your best care. Regards Dr Ejaz
