What Causes Pain In Between The Penis And Anus?

i have a pain i think its in the epidydimis and on the part between the testicles and anus as well as lower buttocks i dont know what is behind the problem. This has gone for 3 years and it comes and go. In late 2011 and early 2012 i had a resistant penile discharge which was finally treated.

The pain you describe could be a varicocele or another epidydimal infection even though less likely given the duration of the symptom.I suggest you see a Urologist for investigation.
