What Causes Pain In Bladder At Night While Urinating?

I had a d& c over two years ago. Since having it I have experienced sharp pains in my bladder at night before I urinate now I am pregnant 11 weeks and the pain last night was awful I was crying I couldn't get all the urination out either I found myself trying to rock back and forth to get it out and once I did I was fine I have no pain in the bladder all day it's just at night! The urethra was not hurting at all it's in my bladder

This can be a presentation of pregnancy with dificulty to void due to pressure by a growing fetus. But U must rule out UTI or bladder pathology. Urine routine and culture and ultrasound KUB is must. If infection or any bladder pathology is found, they must be taken care of.
