Hello
Pain in bladder while passing urine without any sign of infection detected on routine urine test is strongly suggestive of Interstitial Cystitis .

You need to consult qualified Urologist for endoscopic examination and take biopsy of bladder mucosa to confirm the diagnosis .

As regards your query about pregnancy since you have not missed your period there is no possibility of you being pregnant .However get your urine test for pregnancy done to to rule out the same .This will help to allay your anxiety .
