What Causes Pain In Body?

tHANK YOU..HELLO...I HAVE BEEN IGNORING ONGOING SUDDEN PAIN IN SEVERAL PARTS OF MY BODY I BENT OVER A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND HAD A SEVERE PAIN ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY BACK THEN MY LEG STARTED TO SWELL, BUT I FIGURED IT WAS FROM ATHROSCOPIC KNEE SURGERY SEVERAL YRS AGO AND TODAY WHILE SHOPPING AND REACHING UP TO A SHELF I HAD HORRIFIC PAIN ACROSS THE TOP OF MY BACK. ALL TIMES IT ONLY LASTED A FEW MINUTES. I AM SCHEDULED FOR MY REGULAR CHECKUP ON MON 2/23 SO I FIGURED I WOULD WAIT UNTIL THEN. THANK YOU FOR ANY INFO YOU CAN PASS ALONG TO ME. I AM A VERY ACTIVE 72 YR OLD TAKING CARE OF MY 91 YR OLD MOTHER AND BABYSITTING GRANDCHILDREN. I DON T BABY MYSELF AT ALL BUT THIS IS OF CONCERN TO ME.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here, I could say that this could be fibromyalgia, if you are going to see the doctor in due course then just bear the pain till then, else you can try some analgesic medicines, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
