What Causes Pain In Breasts, Frequent Urination And Fatigue?

I have been on microgestin fe for almost a year, my husband and I don t use condoms because I am on the pill, my breast have been hurting, I pee a lot and I feel fatigued frequently. I took a test and it came back negative. How do I know it s not a false negative?
