Hi my father is around 60 and he is in so much pain for the past 1 week. He had an operation around 8-10 years ago for the lump he had around his butt cheek. He suddenly felt pain around that area again and in two three days its has become a huge ball. He is unable to sit stand or go to the toilet. I took him to the local polyclinic where his only been givin antibiotics and asked him to do a coarse for 48 hours.. but now he cannot move and it has worsen the sitiuation i had burst the top of it and all brown very smelly liquid which come out. Around 1 litre or more had been out and its still ongoing.. i cant take him to emergency as he cannot sit there. His to weak to stand up. After antibiotics he has become very weak and hallucinating and forgeting and talking that dont make sense.. please help
