I am taking 20 mg of Lercandipine each day for a long time and it has worked well, but recently I have developed sciatica nerve problems that run fom my buttock down to my legs and not only is it painful but have difficulty walking normally. When I delay taking Lercandipine, the pain slowly is reduced. Please help. Do I reduce the medication or is there Nother solution?

dear friend
Lercandipine is a calcium channel blocking agent used to treat hypertension.
if you feel that it is causing you problems and your sciatica reduces if you do not take the tablet
please discuss it with your physician there are many alternatives available to control blood pressure you can be changed over to some other drug, though the drug you are taking should not be the cause of your sciatica
