What Causes Pain In Buttocks While Sleeping In A Hypertensive Diabetic Patient?

Hi Dr Iam 75 years female diabetic and hypertensive for 20 years on metformin.coversyl and diamicron. I started pain in buttocks since 12 days increased on rest and lying or sleep it reduces while walking no pain on bending straightening and turning the spine why do i have it.Iused ibuprofen no benefit.No wt loss
