Hi. I am experiencing pain and discomfort high up in my vagina in the area of my cervix(never had this before). Its been going on for a week and my cervix is bleeding a little (bright red spotting). I also have a lower back pain radiating down back of my one leg and right side lower pelvic pain. Could I have an infection of the cervix or could this be serious? I thought cervical cancer and pain were not associated. Thank you
