What Causes Pain In Cheekbone And Neck After A Injury On Left Temple?

I feel and hit my left temple on a nightstand 2 days ago. It hurts really bad in that area, however, it seems to be moving down my cheekbone and now in my neck. Any thought as to whether I should have a xray? I hit it pretty hard. I already have a black eye. Thanks for your guidance.

Could be a neuralgia of facial nerve. It has symptoms like facial pain. Its like burning sharp pain on your face.
I would suggest you to see a neurologist for its treatment.
