What Causes Pain In Chest And Arms During Weather Change?

Hi, I usually feel sick when clouds start gathering before rain (sometimes there is no signs of rain the day before and the sky is clear and I start feeling sick, then clouds start gathering afterwards), I can't tell if its allergy or what (I don't suffer from those allergies usually only skin/milk allergies) what I feel is a a terrible pain in my chest and arms, and I feel very down, I can't also talk or do any activities properly.
