What Causes Pain In Chest And Upper Abdomen?

Just went to the ER for a migraine, chest pains and upper stomach pains. Bloodwork was good and ultrasound on the upper stomach was good. The gave me scripts for migraines and nausea. They said to follow up with primary. I can t get in till may 14th. I m on medicade. Still having chest and upper stomach pains. What do I do?
