What Causes Pain In Chest And Upper Back?

I have an ache in my right lower chest and upper back. I have a clear urine test and am on a second course of antibiotics. I have a dry mouth, feel nauseas but want to eat and fatigue. My body feels slightly swollen everywhere (as if I am gaining weight). I had similar symptoms 2 years ago and felt quite ill, I had a scan on my kidneys which was inconclusive but I was treated for a kidney and intestinal infection. I wonder what it could be?

Hello,

The symptoms you suggested can be due to liver inflammation or gall bladder disease. I'll suggest you to undergo a upper abdominal scan.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
