What Causes Pain In Chest Area And Heaviness In Stomach After A Injury?

I had a forwheller accident throwed off and have had pain for a week in breast area neer sterum and stomach feels heavy .aint been able to move around until now still hurts ,when moving around would this be a broken rib?or enjured spleen or stomach. Do you think its a broke rib, and it is causing a heavy stomach and chest. Do you think i need to see my doctor even though. Its been seven days.i took 300miligrams 12hrs. Ago feeling like my breathing isnt right ,had trouble anyway, what should i do for breathing

Sorry to hear about your accident, I would suggest you go and visit the doctor immediately as it could be from the broken rib as you mentioned you are unable to breathe easily and move about.

You will need to urgently get an X ray chest done to rule out the fractures and any underlying bleeding resultant from fracture.
