hi, I have been having on going chest pain for the past few months. the pain is mild on the chest bone and more severe on the upper back. My left arm and shoulder at times feels weak. I have just read through the 10 signs of heart attacks on this site and the contact a doctor option came up so I thought Id give it a go.
Your symptoms do match that of a possible cardiac event, but to be quite honest I can only.confirm the same with an immediate EKG (ECG). So it would be in your best interest if you can visit a medical centre or a doctor for an EKG to confirm or rule out an ongoing cardiac event. The other option could be a gastric issue, which also presents in a similar manner at times.
Best wishes.
