What Causes Pain In Chest, Mid Rib Cage And Left Testicle?

about a year ago I started having left testicle pain/right below that in the scrotum.It was feeling like someone was pulling straight down on my left testicle,and felt like a rubber band stretching up through the left side of my chest about mid way.Went to the doctor,had complete check up,all good.Since then the pain comes and goes.More so pain in my chest area left side under my breast,middle of my rib cage,can t hardly lay on my left side.Any thoughts?

I really appreciate your concern, the testicle pain could be nonspecific if anything found abnormal in clinical examination till you can have Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day, and no need to worry about this, even other pain could be due to nonspecific reason, stress may be the cause and try to come out of this hope this information helps.
