Inorder to help you i will need some more information about your health like since when do you have these complaints? where is exactly chest pain located? Does it pain when you touch the chest area? Which tests have been done? Are you on any medicines for any reason?
It seems with the limited information that your chest pain is musculoskeletal pain if there is no associated cough. A simpler painkiller like paracetamol will help in this case.If investigations have been done to rule out any vocal cord nodules then its mostly anxiety related. Do warm salt water gargles everyday. It will help.
Hope this helped with your query. Follow back for any future questions. Takecare!
