What Causes Pain In Chest While Swallowing Food And Water?

I am 24 yeard old male while swollowing food and water i feel light pain in the centre of my chest this is from 6 months snd i can eat food slowly only please advice which doctor i should i consult also pls advice what is the reason this is happening
