Sir my wife aged about 28 years alwaya complaining about her chest pain. Most of the time when she get angry or get shocking news she feel pain in her chest & also having breathing problem.

Here chest pain and breathlessness seems to be either from stress induced panic attack or by cardiac cause
Work up done as follow...
-Auscultation
-Blood pressure measurement
-EKG
-Tread mill
-echocardiography if needed
-anxiety history
According to cause further specific treatment given
Hence with keeping all this in mind consult her to pulmonologoist or cardiologist for examination
