What Causes Pain In Chest,dryness In Palms And Anxiety?

I had suffered with dengue fever for 6-7 days, i got well and then after 4-5 normal days i started pain in my chest but didnot feel difficulty in breathing,my palms are also got dryness as earlier and feeling anxiety. Is it due to low immune because I started taking normal diet, consumed low water and caught by cold?

The symptoms narreted by you are more likely point toward acidity.
The chest pain not associated with difficulty in breathing most commonly caused by acidity, but as I am not aquainted with your age,sex and previous history the exact comment can not be given.
But my personal opinion is that any kind of chest pain, (though may be seeming likely because of acidity) should not be neglected and ECG must be get done. This will settel the doubts in mind.
All other symptoms narreted by you are non specific & more of psychological origine & related to axnxiety.
Releaving the stress that might tyou have will settel the issue.
