What Causes Pain In Different Spots On One Side Of The Head?
have a strange pain on one side of my head. Not a headache. Pain about the size of a quarter, feels like an electric shock. has moved to different places but on the same side of my head. Also noticed that my gait is a little off. Has been continuous all day. Pain feels like a small zap of electricity.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intra cranial (inside the brain) causes.
