What Causes Pain In Ear With Fluid Like Movements In It?

I had an ear infection for 3 weeks. I had a bulging ear drum and it ruptured. They were going to put the tubes in but then they said my ears got better. But the pain is horrible!! My throat hurts on the right side. It is painful under my left ear behind like rught underneath. I went to the ER to make sure I didnt have mastoiditis. I had a CT scan, nothing. I went to the dentist today she said an abcess. Went to the root canal dr he said it was just a bad cavity and he would the root canal in the morning. But if I did not have the ear infection before I would think its just the ears. I also feel like I can still hear fluid in my ear. If I move or burp I can still hear fluid like movements. Any help is appreciated!
