For the last few years I ve been having a sharp pain in my left earlobe and triangle of flesh near it, normally it s a brief pain that can last from a few minutes to half a minute. I don t have any piercings that could cause it and most the time I forget about it because it rarely happens. But recently in the last week it s happened twice and they ve both lasted for a few minutes.
