What Causes Pain In Ears While Swallowing?

I am 19 years old, 5ft 6in, 125lbs and have had a hole in my ear drum before from an ear infection...I just got done blowing my knows (one nostril) when suddenly i got a pop in my right ear.Followed with pain that hasn t went away along with a crackling noise that i hear mainly when i swallow...did i damage it?

Hello,

You may develop right eustachian tube insufficiency. It is okay no problem. Avoid vigorous blowing of nose. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use tablet levocetirizine twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
