Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be orbital inflammation. To confirm, local examination by an eye doctor is required or simply you can take analgesic and anti-inflammatory like combiflam after food. Vision and fundus examination are required, ocular muscle balancing may be done. With these investigations probable diagnosis can be done. With combiflam tablet, you may improve to normalcy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
