What Causes Pain In Eyes And Forehead With Sinus Problem?

Sir, i have acute sinus problem. I also have gross deviation problem, and i have gone thru a surgery last year. But the nose block is still persisting. Every night before sleeping i use otrivin and then sleep. Though i manage to sleep, i still wake up with this puffy eyes and the constant pain in eyes, forehead and cant stand even slight breeze. I take Nizer-D and Alaspan AM every day and night. Please advise

hello, thanks for your query, frontal head ache, post septal surgery reveals there is a obstruction to frontal sinus opening and causing sinusitis. prolonged usage of otrivin itself can cause blockage. do one ct pns for anatomical and disease details. kindly visit an ent surgeon for farther evaluation and treatment. all the best. take care.
