General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms in both hands and forearms seem to be due to pressure on supplying nerve at cervical spine.
Xray / MRI of cervical spine would clear the cause. You need consultation of a spinal surgeon, or cause specific treatment (medicines or steroid injection at the site of problem in spine, physiotherapy and surgery if no response with palliative management).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
