Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a pinched nerve.

For this reason, I recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain and having some rest.

If your situation does not improve, going to the ER may be needed, for a physical exam and some blood lab tests (a cervical spine X-ray study, complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
