Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was Moving a decent sized stone about 110 pounds it did not roll over all the way and started to roll back. I cought it and forced it to roll the rest of the way. After my forearm hurt. At first i could not lift anything over 20 Pounds so i lifted nothing for six weeks to let it heal. I can not lift anything over 35 Pounds with that arm now or i get severe pain in the Forearm. I have tried to rehab starting small with 15 pound weights but i have been unable to return to my previous Lifting power of about 75 pounds. Now Both forearms Hurt when i lift weight greater then 35 Pounds but i only hurt one side. It does not make sense i should be healed but it seems to be getting worse. i am 44 years old and my job requires i lift 50 pounds regularly. Its not broken and as i stated Both arms have begun to hurt when i lift or try to work out.
