What Causes Pain In Front Teeth And Gums With Feeling Of Bruise?
Hi, My two front they are hurting as well as the gum behind them. It feels like it is bruised and when I put pressure on my teeth the pain feels better. I can feel the pain in my nose and I have a headache (I m assuming it s related to the pain) i have no idea what to do! My gums aren t swollen or anything and I can t really see if they are red or bruised but feel bruised!
As per your complain it seems that due to some trauma to the teeth or some deep cavity there is infection or inflammation below the root apex of teeth causing pain and when you put pressure on teeth you feel relieved..
Other reason can be that due to Deep infection in the gums there is feeling of pain and bruised feeling..
I would suggest you to consult a dentist and get evaluated and get an x ray done ,in case if there is tooth trauma Root Canal Treatment followed by capping of tooth along with a course of antibiotics and painkillers can help..
In case of infection in gums professional cleaning along with oral antibiotics and topical placement of antibiotic ointment and gum paint can help..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora..
