What Causes Pain In Gums, Throat And Abdomen While On Amoxicillin?

Hello good evening to all doctors..can i ask question about ponstan forte 500mg..im suffering a tootache right now its almost 8days im suffering pain..and my gums are big..because of toothache..and my throat is already affected..i cant..intake food..but right now im take the ponstan forte 500mg..and amoxicillin 500mg capsule..after im done to take this all drugs i have a pain in my stomach..what is this..pain..i have a ulcer before..should i withdrawn to intake this drugs..im not go chekup on doctors i just take this medicine to relieve the pain that im suffering..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Ponstan forte contain Mefenemic acid and in case if you have a previous history of Ulcer it should be avoided..
Also taking antibiotics should be taken with caution and only after consulting a Physician or your treating doctor..
I would suggest you that in case of you have toothache for which you are taking above Medication can case stomach upset as a side effect and lead to cramps..
I would suggest you to avoid taking antibiotics frequently without consulting a dentist..
It can also cause drug resistance..
As of now you should take Proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole empty stomach in morning of you are taking antibiotics..
Take more of Probiotics in diet..
You should also consult a Dentist and get evaluated and an x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised root canal treatment or extraction depending upon condition of tooth for permanent relief..
