I am a 21 year old Female. Currently travelling in South America (been to Peru and currently in Argentina) I have had a stoumach bug for the past 3 days which seems to be getting better this morning. Yesterday my forearms were extremely painful. it felt like growing pains I experienced as a child and went all the way into my hands whenever i moved my arms or lifted anything. over night this pain has spread up my arms so now my whole arms and even my shoulder blades have a constant dull ache that gets quite severe with any movement. it is the same kind of pain as yesterday and feels like it is in the bones.
