What Causes Pain In Head And Soreness On Neck And Back?

My head has be hurting for days and I sore on my neck and back but i haven been working out at all. I used to run daily, but now I feel like i have two golf balls bounce in my I try. I also have not been sleeping well wither. I usually get 9-10 and feel rested now i get around 6 and feel exhausted, but still can t sleep. What wrong?

Hi,

There can be various reasons for your headache with neck and back ache. It can be due to low hemoglobin, low blood sugar levels, prolonged fasting, hormonal imbalance (like thyroid ), lack of proper sleep or even stress and anxiety. Even vitamin deficiencies especially vitamin D can cause such symptoms. Sometimes it can be related to cervical disc disease (neck related problems) eye related issues or brain related disorders (infection or swelling).

I feel first of all take care of your diet. Take plenty of water along with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Try to relax.Have a good night sleep. Maintain proper posture while sleeping and working. If still the symptoms persist then go for some investigations like complete blood count, blood sugar, electrolytes (sodium, potassium), vitamin D levels, X-ray neck and MRI brain. Also, get your eyes checked. This will help to make a proper diagnosis.
