What Causes Pain In Head Radiating Towards Neck And Shoulders?
I HAVE A HEADACHE THAT GOES DOWN THE BACK OF MY NECK AND DOWN TO MY SHOULDERS, A SHOOTING PAIN UNDER MY LEFT RIB AND RECENTLY HAD AN HERPES OUTBREAK. DO THESE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ANOTHER AND HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS PAIN. I VE ALREADY TAKEN TWO PAIN KILLERS

The pain under the left rib can be related to the herpes outbreak. I recommend to use painkillers such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. I also suggest using Lidocaine patches for local application at the painful area.
