Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Pain In Head While Bending Down Or Sneezing?
ive had a little cold for the past few days and now today, all the congestion is finally loosening and coming out, but everytime I blow my nose or bend my head down, I get a pain in my head. I know sinus pain often happens in the face or forehead, but this is further behind my forehead and temples. Could this still be sinus pressure?
Yes, it could be due to sinusitis. I need to know what medicines are you taking, if any. I suggest you to get an X-ray of para nasal sinuses to confirm and a formal ENT consultation for proper examination and treatment if needed. Till your appointment, take steam inhalation to loosen up your secretions, decongestants and anti-allergic medicines.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
